The TNVenus Short OS Sweatshirt from THE NEW is a cropped oversized sweatshirt in 100% organic cotton. It features a round ribbed neckline, a shortened silhouette, and voluminous balloon sleeves with ribbed cuffs. A tone-on-tone "YES YES" text print is placed on the left chest, creating a subtle graphic detail. The cropped fit works well paired with high-waisted trousers, skirts, or jeans.

RETURNS

When shopping at www.thenew.nu, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order.

NOTE: Orders placed in November and December may be returned until January 15.

To exercise your right of withdrawal:

  1. Print the return note and include it in your parcel.
  2. Send your return parcel to:

You must bear the costs of returning the goods and arrange your own return label. We do not accept parcels sent COD, to parcel shops, or via personal handover.


EXCHANGE

If you wish to exchange for another size, color or style, please return the item(s) and place a new order.

If you return your entire order, we will refund the original delivery costs*. Return shipping costs must be covered by you.


REFUND

We will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs*, no later than 14 days from the day we receive your returned parcel.

Reimbursement will be made using the same payment method as the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed.

*Local customs duties and taxes are not included.
