Delivery
We deliver to the countries listed below. Parcels within Europe are shipped with GLS, Bring, DPD, UPS or FedEx. Delivery costs are calculated at checkout:
Cyprus, Greece and Slovakia – 40 EUR
All other EU countries – 21 EUR

RETURNS
When shopping at www.thenew.nu, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order.
NOTE: Orders placed in November and December may be returned until January 15.
To exercise your right of withdrawal:
- Print the return note and include it in your parcel.

You must bear the costs of returning the goods and arrange your own return label. We do not accept parcels sent COD, to parcel shops, or via personal handover.
EXCHANGE
If you wish to exchange for another size, color or style, please return the item(s) and place a new order.
If you return your entire order, we will refund the original delivery costs*. Return shipping costs must be covered by you.
REFUND
We will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs*, no later than 14 days from the day we receive your returned parcel.
Reimbursement will be made using the same payment method as the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed.
*Local customs duties and taxes are not included.
