IMPORTANT NOTICE
Please read the Terms of Service carefully before ordering goods from www.thenew.nu. These Terms of Service apply when you order or purchase goods on the Website. The Terms may be updated from time to time to reflect changes in technology, our business model, system capacity or relevant laws and regulations. We therefore ask you to accept the Terms each time you shop with us. References to "you" mean you as a user of the Website. References to "we", "us" or "our" mean LUXKIDS ApS.

If you do not accept these Terms, you cannot order goods from the Website.

You have the right to withdraw from this contract without giving any reason within 14 days after the date on which you or a third party other than the carrier acquires physical possession of the goods. Read more under "Return".

The Danish Sale of Goods Act applies to your purchase. This means that you have statutory rights regarding non-conforming goods. Read more under "Non-conforming goods and incorrect goods".

Ordering
The online shop is open 24 hours a day but may be closed for maintenance. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

You must be at least 18 years old and possess a valid payment card accepted by us. If you are under 18, you must have a legal basis for entering into a contract.

We can only process your order if the delivery address is a parcel shop, residential address or business address in one of the countries listed under "We deliver to". We do not deliver to PO boxes.

We reserve the right to cancel a purchase without liability if:

  • Your payment details cannot be verified.
  • Your order is placed for fraudulent purposes or unlawful activity.
  • A technical error occurs on the Website.
  • We have reason to believe you are under 18 years old.

Contracts can only be concluded via the Website. We do not process orders by email or phone.

  • For delivery in Denmark, we ship with GLS or PostNord.
  • For delivery in other countries, we ship with GLS, Bring, DPD, UPS or FedEx.

Shipping costs for countries outside Denmark are presented at checkout and vary by country.

Delivery Terms
Goods are delivered Monday to Friday to the address specified in your order. Risk transfers to you upon delivery.

RETURN

These Terms are governed by Danish law. Any dispute shall be brought before a competent court in Denmark.

RETURNS

When shopping at www.thenew.nu, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order.

NOTE: Orders placed in November and December may be returned until January 15.

To exercise your right of withdrawal:

  1. Print the return note and include it in your parcel.
  2. Send your return parcel to:

You must bear the costs of returning the goods and arrange your own return label. We do not accept parcels sent COD, to parcel shops, or via personal handover.


EXCHANGE

If you wish to exchange for another size, color or style, please return the item(s) and place a new order.

If you return your entire order, we will refund the original delivery costs*. Return shipping costs must be covered by you.


REFUND

We will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs*, no later than 14 days from the day we receive your returned parcel.

Reimbursement will be made using the same payment method as the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed.

*Local customs duties and taxes are not included.
